We are hearing a common name from the past few years that Satya Nadella.but now we observing the name Sundar Pichai everywhere.a simple boy born in a middle class family of Chennai.he won the google.As a simple man he not speak more but his actions speaks a lot about him.how louder it was means after joining in one company within in 10 years he became a CEO for that company itself.
Sundar Pichai who become now as a google organization captain lived in Chennai in a two room house along with his father ,mother and brother.he is a captain of school cricket team with his captainship many of cups and medal are woned by his team in many compitetions.There is no TV or car at his house. To go out he used to travel in bus or use his fathers blue colour lambratta schotter.
His mother worked as a stenographer before she gave birth to children.He always pose a questions to his father Raghunadhan  who worked as an electrical engineer in GEC.It lead him to be a step towards Technology.His father also shared opinion towards task, hardels, how tackle them daily.
When he was 12 years old telephone arrived into his home.he used to remember the number that he was dailed on his tongue.”Most clever guy in this batch is Sundar Pichai” said by his professor when he was studying in metalargical department of IIT karagpur.with the same charishma he achived scholarship from Stanford.But to get into flight there is no money for him so he decided to lend money from bank as a loan but  it not received to him at that movement his father spend his property to send him the amount of 310 crores what exactly last year Sundar Pichai  annual income is.
But with out completing his study in Stanford he joined in applied materials company where semiconductors are manufactured as an engineer after that by realising the value of study he recived MBA certificate from varton university in 2002.In 2004 before joining in google he worked as consultant in Mecinsae . At first pichaiey  joined in search tool bar team  later on he proposed that google should have its own browser and become a key role in developing chrome browser .At present in browser market chrome had 32% share. After larrypaage ,searjgbren non organizational man is Sundar Pichai.Why because from last October himself  leader for product management,engineering deparments and become as right hand.from 2014  october pichayy become as a motivator because from chrome to google apps he only done all.
An example to narrate the capability of  Sundar PichaiMicrosoft decided to replace ceo stieve bamer and place Sundar Pichai but later Satya Nadella got that chance.Google  does not want to lose keyroled persons like Sundar Pichai in there organization.
